IT organizations are struggling to guarantee and provide to their management the ability to -holistically control risk throughout a decentralized corporate landscape. The challenge for these groups is to consistently manage and measure risk in each environment. Additionally, CTOs and CSOs need to justify burgeoning human capital and technology investments to implement the required procedures and controls. Doing this effectively is equal parts technology, process and culture; and doing this within the context of overall business risk and performance allows for results-oriented priority-setting and resource allocation. During the Wake-Up session, TruOps (from SDG Corporation) will address risk assessment models and their associated business strengths and weaknesses. The session will provide insight into how enterprises perceive IT risk management challenges and how best-in-class risk management practices are able to guide stakeholders when they deploy a robust risk management framework for their organizations. |
