Mr. Frank has over 30 years of public and private sector experience in preventing, detecting and investigating misconduct. He pioneered an anti-fraud framework ultimately embraced by the SEC and COSO, and assisted professional standard-setters (such as the Institute of Internal Auditors) to revamp auditing standards related to evaluating fraud and misconduct. This dynamic keynote will share insights into the past, present and future role of Internal Audit in the management of fraud, corruption, waste and abuse. Mr. Frank will share practical steps for transforming fraud management for clients from a cost to a profit center by reducing leakage and safeguarding assets.
