The MIS CAE Master's Program focuses on the actions Chief Audit Executives need to take today to be positioned as a strategic and valued business partner in the future.

This program provides participants with the opportunity to reflect, recharge, and return with strategies and tools in a battle plan format that they can use immediately to take their organization from good to great and enhance their organization's risk management culture.

Over the course of the program, you will be involved in roundtable discussions and case studies that tackle the strategic challenges facing experienced audit leaders. You will participate in hands-on learning sessions led by experienced professionals with in-depth understanding of the challenges you face – and how to address them. You'll hear guest speakers describe the practical approaches they used to build strong internal audit departments within their organizations.

The MIS CAE Master's Program addresses: how to be the visionary leader who's attracting the right people to meet tomorrow's challenges; the actions needed to be strategic and relevant – and the tools to do so; expanding risk-based auditing to get into the key areas and optimize coverage; being the valued business partner to the Audit Committee and the C-Suite; and how to influence the risk management culture within your organization and negotiate effectively with the C-Suite and the Audit Committee.
